Quality Control
We take quality seriously. So seriously, that we have made substantial investments in quality control to ensure consistency in every part of our production process.
These rigid quality standards means we can guarantee the dimensions and tolerances on every part we ship. We are so confident in our production quality that we even make individual inspection reports available on finished machine parts.
Our workforce has also gone through extensive Quality Control ISO 9001:2000 training in machining techniques, mathematical integration, gauge reading, print identification/tolerances and CNC control/programming. Employees have also completed on site safety courses and been trained on our state of the art CAD/CAM design workstations.
